About us
we started gathered botanicals in 2018 with a passion for flavour and making.
our jellies and syrups are prepared by hand in small batches. everything is freshly picked to capture the intensity and depth of flavour.
working with the seasons is fundamental to our brand. we begin our year in february with early cornish rhubarb and then in spring the flowers of gorse, elder and rose, in summer, soft fruits and leaves, in autumn, kea plums, apples, medlar and quince, for christmas mulled wine and grapes.
no additives or chemicals are added. our production is a plastic free process at every stage.
our range is suitable for vegetarians and vegans and contains no animal bi-products.
what we don’t grow in our garden or forage along the coastal paths we source from small local suppliers and growers. see links.
as our products are made in small batches, there may be some variation in colour, flavour and set.
